Compared barcoded sequencing to pooled sequencing

Pooled sequencing results in accurate sequence data

Function-based screening of metagenomic libraries yields many

positive clones to be sequenced

Pooled sequencing coverage would likely match that of barcoded with

increased sequencing depth
