• Typically a focused 2 year program at the client site• Not subject to role rotation• Pastoral Care• Rigorous Selection Process• All employment costs and risks are assumed by Hatstand• Client pays competitive standard daily rate• Client Options

– During the program, can exchange resource (1 month notice) or cancel (3 month notice)– 3 Options at program completion

• Convert the HGB to a permanent employee of your organisation at no charge• Retain the HGB as a consultant through Hatstand• Release the HGB back to Hatstand with the option of replacing them with a new HGB
