Women’s Awareness Survival Workshop A street oriented self-defense and rape awareness workshop that teaches you techniques that employ gross motor skills making them easy to retain and can be realistically used and remembered during combat. Personal Protection Workshop Whether you are hanging with friends at a bar, walking to a bus stop or car there is always a threat of violence. During this four hour workshop we will discuss potentially dangerous situations that you may find yourself in and help you develop a personal self-defense plan to keep you safe.

BELLYFIT: A mind/body fitness class that fuses ancient and modern dance movements with pilates and yoga conditioning.
GROOVE IT CARDIO MIX: A classs that combines aerobic activities and muscle conditioning performed in a variety of formats.
KINETIC CORE: A class that focuses on developing a strong core and improving functional fitness.
MOVE ‘N PUMP IT: A combination class of cardio and muscle conditioning.
PUMP & STRETCH: A strength and tone class including a combination of yoga styles.
PUMP & TONE IT: A general strength and tone class using a variety of resistance equipment.
STEP IT UP: An up tempo cardio class using the Reebok STEP.
STEP ‘N PUMP IT: A combination STEP and muscle conditioning class.
TONING EXPRESS: A muscle conditioning class.
YOGA FIT: A combination of yoga styles and stretches designed to improve balance, flexibility, strength and relaxation.
