Initial kick-starter for teams. Meant to get the local teams out to the meetings and networking with other potential sponsors(local section members).

Ideally the board can help provide an insight to funding from board employers or references for other companies.(Dan for CNH, Ed for Fereral-Mogul, Kenn for EMD, etc)

First year is for $1500 potential per team. $1125 base + $375 as bonus

Second and continuing years will be $1000 $750 base + $250 bonus
