1. Develop and implement grassroots lobbying efforts to ensure all districts are well represented at LSCU lobbying events.

2. Garner greater participation in League issued Legislative and Regulatory Action Alerts.

3. Ensure all Chapters hold at least one legislative event per year.

4. Increase participation at all grassroots lobbying events (CUNA GAC, HTH, State GACs, etc.) over 2010 attendance.
