Introduction
The Multi-port Flow Selector Valve (MSV) is a kind of special equipment
which is used in the metering station of oilfields for the purpose of metering of
oil well fluid. Instead of the complicated conventional /existing manifold and
powered T valves group, it can be more simply operated for well-selection
and metering with local control or remote control mode. It also can be easily
operated with hand wheel for well-selection and metering on site too.
Capability & FunctionSimple structure, small size, compact design, easy to install and operate
Little maintenance, long service life.
Hard alloy coated sealing surface, its hardness is up to HRC60-62,
acid/alkali corrosion resistance, with high sealing reliability.
Suitable for sand content oil service and being flush erosion resistant
because of the hard alloy coatedsealing surface.
It can endure the high temperature
of 150 for light oil; 300 for
heavy oil.

arrive at the next valve position.
It is with very a little abrasion loss of the hard alloy sealing surface, besides,
the clearance between the sealing surfaces can be self offset with its special
design structure.
The flow channel within the valve body is designed of all circular arc shape
transition so that the flow resistance factor is very small. The wall thickness
of the valve body is proper designed for a very long life span.
Adopt digital technique to inspect/test the valve position and the signal is
stable and accurate; the total position determination error is only0.5.
The wave spring for pre-pressure compensation is installed under thebottom of the motive seal within the valve, and an adjusting/checking hole is
specially designed on the valve bonnet, we can open it to adjust the
pre-pressure when necessary. It is convenient for check and maintenance of
the Multi-port Flow Selector Valve too.
The Remote Control Mode: Be able to realize computer control operation via
communication mode 485. The Stepping Mode: Turn the stepping switch
(on/off) by hand for stepping operation. Hand Wheel Operation Mode: Turn
the hand wheel by hand for operation on site.
Fire test in conformity with API spec 6FA.
