TOOLS REQUIRED: Screwdriver Plastic Prybar 10mm Socket Wrench 21320 21320B 2011 KIA OPTIMA 2011 KIA OPTIMA Billet Grille Overlay Install time: 30 Mins. 21320 21320B 2011 KIA OPTIMA Step 1 • Remove 8 Clips on the Plastic Cover. (Fig. 1) • Lift the Plastic Cover and remove. • Remove 2 10mm Bolts towards the center of the Grille Shell. (Fig. 2) • Towards the corners of the Grille shell, there will be hooks, With semi-force push the Grille Shell forward and pull up to unlatch the Grille Shell. (Fig. 3) • Place a U-Nut through a Fender Flatwasher. (Repeat for Remaining Flatwashers). (Fig. 4) • Place the Billet Grille over the Factory Grille. (Fig 5) • Place the 1’ 1/4 Screw through the Bracket on the Billet Grille. (Fig. 6) • Pull the Factory Grille Shell outward so you have space (Need another Person to help) and insert the Fender Flatwasher with the U-Nut on the Threaded 1’ 1/4 Screw (Fig. 7) • Repeat for remaining Screws. • Re-Assemble Hooks, Clips and Plastic Cover. INSTALLATION COMPLETE PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE ATTEMPTING INSTALLATION.
