An affordable starter plan featuring many cost-saving benefits for young adults between the ages

of 19 and 30.

Our high deductible, HSA-eligible plan

designed for the cost-conscious consumer.

Our traditional deductible plan with

three deductible levels and two co-insurance options from which to

choose.

A fourth HealthPlus Signature plan, Signature Network, has a limited service area and network of physicians, specialists and other health-care providers. This option works best for people who already have a doctor who contracts directly with HealthPlus.
