A. Administration through total quality and innovative library services.

B. Build and preserve the collections required according to a rational collection policy.

J. Support the instructional, research and service goals of the school by sustaining and working collaboratively,creatively and efficiently.

1. Adequate collection of library materials from print to electronic media resources.

2. Adequate electronic teaching equipment. Every classroom must be

equipped with digitize teaching-learning tools and equipment.

3. Total digitize security control.

4. 100% customer satisfied.
