    BilingualismMandate

    In accordance with the SFUO's two official languages, French and English, theBilingualism Centre serves the entire student population affiliated with the SFUO and GSAED.

    The Bilingualism Centre's main mission is to ensure that all students can live and studyin their preferred official language. However, this year, the Centre is going to focus on making aniche in three particularly important aspects: Work on establishing equity of both official languages during activities on theUniversity of Ottawa campus. Defend the rightful place of both official languages in all aspects of student life at theUniversity of Ottawa.

    Sustainable Development CenterMandateThe SFUO recognizes the ecological crisis that humanity faces. Based on the recognition thatuniversities and university students have a responsibility as leaders to find and implementsolutions, the Sustainable Development Centre was created. The Sustainable DevelopmentCentre aims to minimize the ecological footprint of the SFUO to ensure that our use ofresources and the environment today does not restrict their use by future generations.
