The natural inflows (i.e., the water from nearby mountains and rivers) to Opinaca reservoir is ± 300 m 3 /s. The total flow at the spillway of Sarcelle powerhouse was hence ± 900 m 3 /s. After the partial diversion of the Rupert River New inflows from the Rupert diversion are ± 450 m 3 /s, for a total flow of ± 1,350 m 3 /s to Sarcelle powerhouse.
