TURNDOWNLegendary in their own right, our 4” Turndown slip-ons have been a part of our line-up since we started developing Harley-Davidson exhaust. We still make them and we cannot make them fast enough. With a unique turndown shape that is plasma-arc, robot-cut for a precision fit and high quality chrome look you won’t find anywhere else. Optional quiet baffle available.

3” FISHTAILFishtail Slip-ons feature massive non-bluing 3” diameter full-length heat shields with 220° of coverage. Finishing off the system are beautifully sculpted Fishtail tips. Beneath their meticulously polished chrome, Fishtail Slip-ons consist of a stepped up muffler body with a louvered core baffle. Optional quiet or competition baffles are available.

PRO PIPE HI-OUTPUTAfter countless dyno tests Pro Pipe Hi-Output was built utilizing tuned length headers that step from 1-3/4” to 2” to 2-1/4”. Featuring an oversized merge collector flowing into a stepped 4-1/2” megaphone to optimize exhaust gas velocity and scavenging delivering a bark that means business. Pro Pipe Hi-Output for 09-2010 has 4 O2 sensor ports, two near the collector for 2010 models, and two in the head pipes for tuners needing wide band O2 sensor locations. Also included are two sets of O2 sensor plugs. Optional quiet baffles and optional black ceramic heat shields also available.

BIG RADIUS 2-INTO-2Big Radius set the standard for a quality custom look, not only do you get a quality exhaust system, you get beautifully curved 2-1/2” full-coverage heat shields, artistically scalloped end-tips and blue proof show quality chrome. Big Radius produces extra horsepower and torque delivered with a signature hot-rod sound that leaves you begging for more.

BIG SHOT DUALSBig Shot Duals are the ultimate complete system for FL Models. Featuring massive non-bluing 2-1/2” diameter full-coverage heat shields over head pipes that glide down each side of the bike to produce a classic true 2-into-2 system. Big Shot Duals showcase the big twin cylinders and simplifying maintenance. More than just individual head pipes, Power Duals integrate our exclusive Power Chamber hidden behind a contoured heat shield generating more horsepower and torque than stock. With a new right side design, Power Duals eliminate the heat issues on the left side for the passenger by routing hot exhaust gases below the footpeg and protecting vital engine components and side covers from heat damage. EMISSIONS NOTICE - Vance & Hines exhaust systems for non-catalyst equipped motorcycles as well as slip-fit mufflers that mount downstream of catalysts are considered legal replacement parts in California. California does not, however, permit the use of aftermarket exhaust systems that remove original equipment catalysts unless a California Air Resources Board (CARB) Executive Order has been issued. Vance & Hines has applications on file with CARB and has completed durability testing for its catalyst systems with approval to be forthcoming. Until CARB approval is obtained, exhaust systems that remove original equipment catalysts are legal in California for racing use only.

Some Fuelpak systems are not legal for street use in California. Please reference the part numbers for Fuelpak “EX” at vanceandhines.com or CARB E.O. No. D-632 for California street legal applications.

WARRANTY - All of our exhaust systems are warranted against defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of 90 days. This does not cover finishes such as plating, or painted surfaces with discoloration or rust. This warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the system, which may be proven defective under normal use. We will not warranty any system that has been abused, misused, improperly installed, or modified.

Dealers or distributors are not authorized to make dispositions binding upon Vance & Hines. We will not be responsible for any labor charges incurred in removing or replacing any system under warranty. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number and a copy of the purchase invoice. Parts being returned without a return authorization may be refused at our receiving docks.
