Guidelines• The nomination for Outstanding

Member is open to all bona fide members of LAQueP-Linc except incumbent officers.

• The nomination for Outstanding Librarian is open to all bona fide members of LAQueP-Linc who are registered librarians except the incumbent officers.

• The qualifications for the nominees must be:

• Active member of the association• Member who pays consistently for at least

3 years• Member who attends or participates

actively and consistently for at least 3 years
