A new permanent rehabilitation solution for liquid and gas pipelines
Economical method of reconditioning the pipeline’s parameters without
shutting down operation
Rehabilitation of areas of external corrosion, gouges, grooves, arc burns,
dents and other mechanical damages
For reductions of wall thickness down to 20% of original thickness
Tested and certified by an accredited third-party laboratory (TÜV Nord)

System works for pipelines from DN 50 up to DN 1500
Maximum temperature of 82°C
Non crimped type of reinforcement fabrics as opposed to woven fabrics
Materials come with a 3.1 certificate

Before application the demand of material has to be identified
A basic calculation software is used
Parameters of pipeline, failure dimensions and pipeline conditions during
application are entered
Software calculates regarding modified ASME B31G the required number of
layers to restore pipeline to its design pressure
