HousingDEADLINES
After July 1st all rooms not reserved by name with credit card will be released to the EANGUS general attendee block. You will still be able to make reservations but they will need to be made under the EANGUS block. No guarantee attendee will be with state. We will NOT remove your uncommitted rooms without first
attempting to contact you and work out a solution
CONFIRMATIONS Confirmation of your reservation will be sent by the hotel.
CANCELLATIONS One night’s room and tax will be forfeited entirely if cancellation
occurs within 72 hours of arrival. Varies by hotel.

All Area’s have opportunity for hospitality rooms located in the Hyatt Regency Hotel in the A-F rooms of the Regency Ballroom located on the 2nd floor.
