Jeffrey FisherVice President & CFOColumbus College of Art & Design

Jeffrey Fisher has been senior vice president & CFO of Columbus College of Art & Design since 1998. He oversees the Business Office, HR, Facilities, IT, the Supply Store and all construction projects. He has been with the college for more than 27 years and was originally hired in the business office in 1983. In 1994 he was named Vice President for Finance. For 15 months in 1996-97 Jeff served as acting Co-President while the college searched for a new President. Prior to working for the college he worked at Reynolds Metals Company as a Financial and Cost Analyst. Fisher graduated from The Ohio State University in 1979 with a BS in Administrative Science and a major of accounting. In 1999 he attended and completed Harvard's Institute for Educational Management.

Milt LewisDirector of Construction ServicesColumbus Downtown Development Corporation & Capital South

Milt Lewis is the Director of Construction Services for Columbus Downtown Development Corporation & Capital South.  In this role, he acts as the owner's representative for CDDC and Cap South and is responsible for all design and construction activities including the construction of the new Scioto Mile Park and Columbus Commons Park.  Prior to joining CDDC, Milt was the owner's representative for Grange Insurance where he directed the $100M expansion of their corporate headquarters in the Brewery District.  Milt is a LEED accredited professional, a registered professional engineer, and a licensed attorney in Ohio.

Jim Rosing Senior Architect and Coordinator of Major FacilitiesAmerican Electric Power

Jim Rosing, AIA, NCARB, is Senior Architect and Coordinator of Major Facilities for American Electric Power (AEP).  He has been a professional with AEP for 26 years. In this role, he coordinates the yearly budget and is responsible for the programming and design for AEP's major facilities including new builds and renovations. Prior to joining AEP, Jim was an architect with Gilbert Commonwealth in Jackson, Michigan and Hoag Wismar in Cleveland, Ohio. He has been an architect in the AEC industry for 36 years and offers an architect's and owner's prospective for programming and coordinating design build projects. American Electric Power is one of the largest electric utilities in the United States, delivering electricity to more than 5 million customers in 11 states including Ohio where AEP is headquartered in Columbus.

Shad Sletto Chairman of the Region BoardDesign Build Institute of America – Ohio Valley Region

Shad Sletto is an experienced business development professional for EGC Construction Corp. focused on the development of medical, professional, industrial and residential projects for EGC Construction Corp. Located in Newport, Kentucky, EGC is a privately owned company that bills an average of $40-50 million per year in construction-related services.
