Dear Mr. Fornof:

The dragon (the devil working in powers) is totally without mercy. God is a good God, there is no

badness in Him. The devil is a bad devil, there is no goodness in him. For each individual, it comes

down to a matter of whether they choose to serve the devil or God. Remember that.

Approximately 3,000 people, mostly civilians, were killed as a direct result of the events of September

11, 2001. Said events have been spun through the dragon’s propaganda machine in such a way as to

stoke patriotic fires and grossly, ghastly, while at the same time distracting from our case, and the two

objectives go hand-in-hand.

As you know, we chronicle our own timeline of events from another 9/11, one that predates September

11, 2001 by fifteen years: our events of September 11, 1986, were addressed in your grandfather

“Nemo’s” Robert F. Blevins’ letter dated December 7, 1997 to the United States Department of Justice

(on page 4 of 40):

On September 11, 1986, Ruth and I were hospitalized; she in the throes of her life

shortening, life crippling, near fatal, then and there, heart aneurysm; I with heart

arrhythmia which posed no serious threat provided I followed doctors orders. She was

immensely less fortunate.

She was given zero to four years to live, the more the stress or strain or mental anguish,

the closer it was expected to be to zero. To minimize such stress, she was ordered to live

a quiet, in home, indoor lifestyle. And yet, she did survive precisely ten years plus four

months to the very day. Furthermore, the lifestyle she was forced to live was anything

but a quiet, in home indoor one.

Based on the foregoing, she would have been expected to live at least until 2006, had it

not been for the more than nine years of stress due to (a) wrongdoing having emanated

from our claims source accident of December 22, 1987 (b) wrongdoing having emanated

from an accident of December 8, 1995, and (c) wrongdoing having emanated from two

HMOs and Columbia HCA. Figures or lack of same, ultimately, it is up to a jury to

decide.

As of September 11, 1986, you were six years old. As of December 7, 1997, you were seventeen

years old. The events of September 11, 2001 occurred when you were unlawfully incarcerated before

(as you are now, again). Meanwhile, the questions I posed to Florida Supreme Court Chief Justice

Charles Wells in my September 11, 2000 letter (copy enclosed) go unanswered in any lawful manner

whatsoever:

In light of the above, you also must face the questions posed to State Attorney Bernie McCabe:

Why was William R. “Bill” Webb allowed to become judge? Why has William R. “Bill” Webb been

allowed to remain seated as judge? Why has William R. “Bill” Webb not been removed as judge?

Your answer to the foregoing will allow matters in grave need of your attention to move to the next step. Your failure to answer and lawfully respond to the foregoing will force other questions already begging answers; among them: Whose interests does the Florida judiciary serve, and why should Florida’s public continue to foot the bill?

I sent that letter one year before the events of September 11, 2001. That year went by, with no lawful

response to my questions, none whatsoever.

In the meantime, I wrote and sent correspondence entitled, “Perpetrating Fraud Upon the Court

(Update),” dated September 10, 2001 to the judges of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida, with courtesy

copies to a host of others (copy enclosed).

Later that day, I stayed up and wrote and sent an email to William R. Webb entitled, “Your Assault on

this Family Continues…” I sent that at 12:13 AM EDT on September 11, 2001 (copy enclosed).

Realizing what was at stake, I stayed up even later that night and forwarded copies of that email to the

members of the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence and the United States House

Intelligence Committee (by whatever names those committees were going under at the time). As I

recall, it was after three o’clock in the morning before I finished with that task.

The first strike on the World Trade Center’s North Tower occurred within hours of that, at 8:46 AM EDT.

The second strike hit the South Tower seventeen minutes later, at 9:03 AM EDT. The Pentagon was

hit at 9:37 AM EDT, and a plane went down near Shanksville Pennsylvania at 10:03 AM EDT.

Early on, one of William R. Webb’s fellow lawyers remarked to Nemo: Bill’s pretty powerful. How

powerful? Is he powerful enough that the dragon would have sacrificed some 3,000 people to keep

Webb seated as judge? To not remove him as judge?

Having aided and abetted William R. Webb in committing the atrocities he and his aiders and

abettors/reciprocal benefactors have committed and continue to commit against your grandparents and

theirs, including against you, atrocities that include their having murdered your grandmother with

I have looked at a couple of articles about September 11, 2001, again today, including the one

referenced below, but am not sending them to you at this time. While interesting, we should not allow

ourselves to be unduly distracted by these matters. I can tell you this: at the time, the morning of

September 11, 2001, as I watched the morning news, and witnessed the second plane hitting the

second tower, I felt in my spirit that it was definitely an unlawful, genocidal response to the lawful emails

I had just sent a few hours before. What’s big enough to explain the millions of dollars they have

expended on keeping us under surveillance if not an attempt to cover-up their own evildoing?

The answers about the events of September 11, 2001 may be beyond our capacity to answer;

however, our own family’s witness against William R. Webb and others (mostly because of him) is well

within our ability to address systematically, logically, and lawfully, given a chance at due process.
