THEATRE-IN-MOTION is the touring division of

Birmingham Children’s Theatre, one of the oldest and largest

children’s theatres in the country. Theatre-In-Motion continues to

serve more than 100 communities in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic

every season. We travel thousands of miles each year with the unique

flexibility to meet the needs of the largest arts centers to the smallest

schools. You can always count on Theatre-In-Motion to educate,

entertain and enrich the lives of your children through the magic of

professional theatre! Curriculum-relevant study guides are provided for

each show.

Based on the classic C.S. Lewis 1950 novel The Lion, the Witch and the Ward-robe. With its focus on Literature, your

students will be swept off to the magical land of Narnia, just inside the wardrobe, yet worlds away! This productions offers

a multitude of lessons incorporating the

original text which appears on virtually every reading list across the country.
