2007 2014 Water needs and the humanitarian drone to counter balance LAWS
Killer robots. I have participated to the very first meeting on killer robots in the framework of disarmement and the Convention on Conventional Weapons (CCW) Geneva meeting of experts May 13-May 16, 2014. No state members are willing to use drone as killer robots. I went beyond this simple fact, by designing form 2005 on flying robots for humanitarian actions. The meeting raised a main issue which was the Lethal Autonomous Weapn Systems(LAWS) and what are the responsibility of robot or automated technologies when they are targeting the human beings or eventually when there are accidents due to technology failures.Human rights engagement against robot. Join the campaign.

CAN WE MAKE OTHER USES OF DRONES ?CAN WE MAKE OTHER USES OF DRONES ?
AT THE TIME MORE THAN 100 ARMIES IN THE WORLD HAVE PROGRAMS TO USE DRONES OR MADE THEM EFECTIVE AS FLYING ROBOT KILLERS –
IN 2005 I HAVE SUGGESTED TO USE DRONES IN PEACEFUL HUMANITARIAN LOGISITICS
CCW CONFERENCE GENEVA MAY 13- MAY 16, 2014
Where did the project idea come from using drones in Humanitarian actions ?(for peace and not for war or war intelligence i.e. LethalAutonomous Weapons Systems)

2oz Pocket water purifiers
The project scope including the participation of cities and international development organizations has been developed in project (2). i.e. water needs in town and fields in disaster zones. It is incorporating to project (1) more substantial elements of modern logistics. For example, online orders and parcel delivery with UPS, FedEx...
Today, combining postal office and cash transfer made easy access and affordability to water survival. A 2 oz. pocket water purifier can easily be ordered only and then be delivered in the next following days wherever you are living in the world. With the guarantees offered by the 2 oz. pocket water purifiers from the manufacturers. Today, nobody should lack of water wherever he/she is and in extremes, too.

R & D based stimulation- South East Asia tsunami (2004) and Pakistan Earthquake 2005) Swedish Wood 2005-2007Sweden and Stockholm wilderness (forest, lakes, wildlife...) is
prone to help the survival simulation to establish a valid model for the pond theory of water collections in mountains or lakes and the use of drones in case of severe a water stress in risk zones.
Being close to the urban life helps to integrate survival plans with a potential cooperation with cities.
Only, project (1) stages with self-sufficiency, resiliency and independence based on self-navigational and none lethal drones has been developed for an air water supply service after these stimulation was adopted

CASE 1-HYGIENE APPROACH (INDONESIA)
ISSUES:
Defecation free zonesCLTSClean Water availabilityEntry points for CLTS
CCW CONFERENCE GENEVA MAY 13- MAY 16, 2014
CONCLUSION
In designing a hygiene system, I would emphasis several points.
Water is a vital element of life. It can be good or bad for us.
The absence of water does not mean necessarily, absence of hygiene. It renders the task a bit awkward.
Also, which system do you want? Neither one system nor the other is better than the other. There are benchmarks, self-interests, contractual agreements in the hygiene industries that we have to come close to the basics (washing hands and boiling water).
With the above points in mind, I am reluctant to adhere to the text “Integrated Hygiene Behavior Change Program- Where CLTS Stands
CCW CONFERENCE GENEVA MAY 13- MAY 16, 2014
Money does help to improve the hygiene systems. Islamic laws are as good as western banking systems
The crucial point is at the end health system at all time, anywhere is a never ending matter. You need to get people paying their taxes to improve the social securities (In towns or in the country sides)
When designing an organization, we should wonder if we want to give more autonomy, control self-sufficiency, reliance and independence to the community organization that served it of the health community in order to solve locally issues. Or do we satisfy to get these economies of scales and use the skills we have in numbers
CCW CONFERENCE GENEVA MAY 13- MAY 16, 2014
To build Water Aero Emergency Relief WAER, I have based my success story estimate on market survey research, which predicts that if an innovation success rate is 15% service succeed, the product or service will normally succeed.
Also, the most important task would be through learning how to use the system during a disaster.
WAER is serving in cities and country sides where floods occurred the role of capacity building is important.
I do not make any distinction between the fact that speed of change reduce from country side to cities and vice versa speed up from cities to country side from an initial process as floods are everywhere. Also WAER is a humanitarian business.
CCW CONFERENCE GENEVA MAY 13- MAY 16, 2014
Conclusion Marketing is about: being focus on the target goal (s): money, flood, reduce
casualties, market shares…) having strong salesman base and visitors on the fields a strategy of escape in the case of resistance to change the knowledge that it can be sometimes difficult for
various reasons (negation, weather, vulnerability…) anyway, we will assess risk and search for securities remember for Instance in the case of Sri-Lanka war
neither the foreign ministers respectively Bernard Kouchner (France) or David Millibrand (U.K) were allowed to create a corridor for the humanitarian actions.
All the marketing efforts would be vain and bring no trade-off if we were unhappy with the water purifiers and the capacity building.
CCW CONFERENCE GENEVA MAY 13- MAY 16, 2014
About designing our products and services: with the increase the energy scarcity, we go to find and answer with Hayek that changes the Swiss watch industry with the “Swatch”.
Note 1: for the project purpose WAER organization is making a project management because there is a product in the business case. I am sorry, WAER does not create project just to make people work: “keep them busy or occupied). If there is no product it implies there is no reason to have a project. The business case should be a viable one.
CCW CONFERENCE GENEVA MAY 13- MAY 16, 2014
Note 2: for the purpose of marketing, this note is opposed to note 1. When we have a valid business case for the flood project in country x, at place y, during the period from t1 to t2, flood is very…, people need fresh water, roads are blocks…) “we are selling a service” (J. Neyrink, Marketing professor at IIM CNAM) therefore we do not sell a product but enjoy the facility that our service can provide: “…drinking safely water when the water quality is in trouble…”
Note 3: WAER concept: a drone that drops in non-stop flights pocket water purifiers. It is a light action over the flood, and it is always the same all over the world of floods e.g. a pocket water purifier….It is like it was raining (the source of water SIWI)
d) 4 Ps rule: A marketing theorist like Kotler shaped the concept of
4Ps: Price, Promotion, People and Product.
