What benefits do I get from being an owner at Kelling Heath?

You will receive 8 named passes providing free entry to the Health and Fitness Club and offering 10% discount on

food & drink in the Forge & Terrace Bars and Restaurant and Brackens. All the facilities and activities at Kelling are

available for you to use, some do require a small payment. We provide exclusive events for owners throughout the

year, including wine tastings, speciality themed evenings and the popular Spring and Autumn Dinner Dances.

What charges will we have to pay?

Annual charges for 2012 are: Standard Plot £3,976.08, Premium Plot £4,336.49. This covers the plot fee, water,

sewerage and business rates. Insurance cover is provided from £320 p/a for a 12ft wide holiday home including

£2,000 contents cover. Electricity is charged annually per units used, gas is charged per bottle.

What is our Security of Tenure?

First time purchasers of a new holiday home will be given a Licence Agreement which runs for not less than either

fifteen, twenty or twenty five years from the date of first purchase depending upon type of holiday home purchased.

Where an established holiday home is purchased, a Licence Agreement will be offered but with the term dependent

on the type of holiday home unit, from date of first purchase.

Are you open all year and can we live here?

We open for 10 months from mid February to mid December. Outside of this period you are not permitted to use or

stay overnight in your holiday home. We will ask you to provide a named copy of your most recent council tax bill

confirming your permanent residential address in the mainland UK.

Can we hire out our Holiday Home?

Yes, however this is a private arrangement between the owner and guest. You are required to show that it is safe by

the annual provision of portable appliance testing, electrical testing and gas safety certificates; we can arrange

these on your behalf. All hirers are bound to comply with the rules of the park.

Are pets allowed in our Holiday Home?

Yes they are. Dogs must be kept on leads when taking them for walks around Kelling Heath.
