Rice CISD 2006-07 Bus Schedule Rice CISD established desig-

nated bus stops in the communi- ties of Eagle Lake and Garwood during the 2005-2006 school year. This was done to address the in- creasing fuel costs that are being experienced by the District.

These stops are within the boundaries of the communities and do not effect persons residing outside the communities. Desig- nated stops will be placed in the community of Sheridan soon after the start of school this year.

If you reside in Eagle Lake or Garwood please refer to the schedule below to determine the stop nearest to your residence and have your child ready for pick up at the assigned time.

It presents information about three tax rates. Last year's tax rate is the actual rate the taxing unit used to determine property taxes last year. This year's effective tax rate would impose die same total taxes as last year if you compare properties taxed in bom years.
