Anritsu Corporation’s predecessor, Anritsu Electric Co., Ltd., wascreated by the merger in 1931 of Sekisansha Co., which was found-ed in 1895 as a manufacturer of wire communication equipment, andAnnaka Denki Seisakusho, which was established in 1900 as a pio-neer in wireless communication equipment. Numerical values used in this catalogAll numerical values are expressed according to the following units:

• Output voltage of signal generatorThe output voltage expressed in a unit of dB or dBµ is calibrated interms of e.m.f. (open circuit output voltage). 1 µV is equal to 0 dBor 0 dBµ.

• Input power of level meterThe input power is expressed in a unit of dBm which is terminated bynominal impedance. 0 dBm is equal to 1 mW.

Even if the input power is applied to the “high” impedance input ter-minal, the indicated value is calibrated as mentioned above.

• Power supply voltageAny rated voltage between 100 V and 240 V is available. Normal op-eration can be obtained within ±10% of each rated voltage (howev-er, maximum permissible operating voltage is 250 V).

• Ambient temperature, rated range of use“Ambient temperature, rated range of use” in the specifications rep-resents the range of ambient temperature which guarantees valuesgiven in specifications.

• External dimensionsExternal dimensions are indicated in width, height, and depth inmillimeters, and do not include controls, fittings, or stands.

• Measuring instruments with GPIBMeasuring instruments whose outline views are marked with GPIBcan be integrated into a system with GPIB.

That is to say, in-clude all special options or features such as special color, nonstan-dard power line voltage, etc. To expedite your order we suggest thatyou contact us directly.

ShipmentGenerally, instruments will be shipped within two months of receiptof your order. In the case of “Custom-made products” mentioned inthe footnotes, shipment may take from 4 to 7 months. Every en-deavor will be made to maintain delivery dates, but no liability is ac-cepted for loss, damage, or delay of instruments, for reasons whichare out of our control.
