F=200 gram + P=50 a.u.V=10 mm/sec

first 13 samples (10 cm each) of straw are fabricate from tape without metallization on it edges (removed by laser)

samples 14÷29 are fabricate from standard tape

check seams by microscope: zoom x 200, transmit light

1) Preliminary: laser don’t make worse seam quality

2) 3 types of seam: PET+PET, metal + metal, PET + metal

3) Very good seams are without metal particles inside seam

4) Difference between good seams (samples #6 and #8) and bad seams (samples #5 and #7) in case when metal exist inside seam is unobvious
