Under the Company Act, Jiran Wangi Sdn. Bhd. Was incorporated in Malaysia Act,1965 on May 20,1995 as a private limited company.
The company founder consist of professionals who had have many years of experience in property and town planning,and prior to setting up of the company,they felt that the residential property in Malaysia have not enjoy the standard of property management services that other countries had enjoyed all the while.

Therefore with this in mind,They set up Jiran Wangi Sdn. Bhd. and managed to secure an association with EM Services Pte.Ltd.,Singapore. period.
The association was for a two year period to enable the transfer of expertise and experiences of EM Services to Jiran Wangi S/B.,thus the property under our care will enjoy the same standard of expertise service.
