Catmate Two Piece Sieve Tray Kit

Using a two piece sieve litter tray makes your Catmate litter last longer, reduces odour even more, lowers

maintenance time and is quick to set up.

As the litter in the top tray gets wet it soaks up the liquid and falls through into the bottom layer.

Only the wet litter is removed and you don’t have to change all the litter every time you clean the tray


Ring 1: Fiona Cooper ~ Cats NSW ~All Breeds

I have bred Siamese, Orientals, Foreign Whites, Burmese, Devon Rex, Scottish Folds

and even a litter of Abyssinians under the Fioric prefix over the past 26 years. I have

been a regular exhibitor for over 25 years and have exhibited in most parts of NSW

and occasionally interstate.

My first Maine Coon litter was born in 1999 and I’ve bred these amazing felines

since then under the Coolcoons prefix. I’ve imported several of these cats from the

UK, Norway, the USA and quite a few from New Zealand. I have enjoyed

considerable show success with Coolcoons cats and kittens having won many Best

Group 1 Exhibit and Supreme All Breeds Exhibit in Show awards as well as NSW

CFA Kitten and Cat of the Year Awards. I’ve owned and/or bred Cat or Kitten of

the Year in all 3 Groups with NSW CFA since I first began exhibiting.

I gained my Group 3 judges licence in 1999, followed by Group 2 in 2003 and I

completed my Group 1 training in 2008 and have enjoyed judging in most states of

Australia, in New Zealand and South Africa and transferred all those Licences in

2013 to CATS NSW

I have been involved in the cat fancy for over 20 years after purchasing

my first purebred cats (a Birman neuter and a Turkish Van female) in

1992. I bred and showed Turkish Vans until 2000. In 1998 I decided to

stop breeding Turkish Vans and import Norwegian Forest Cats. There

were none in Australia at the time and I have been showing and breeding

Norwegians for 16 years. I was Treasurer and Show Secretary of the

Birman Club for a few years and am now Treasurer for the Longhair Cat

Association. I have also been a steward for many years and I'm the editor

of the Catching Up journal.


Ring 2: Fiona Hawkins ~ GCCFSA ~ Groups 2,3,4 & 5

Fiona’s introduction to the cat world was with a rescued Domestic kitten, which at

10 days old needed a helping hand and a lot of care. Mignon was joined a year later

by a handsome white Russian boy in 1995. Odessa White Knight (Kimba) was her

introduction to showing cats. Since then Fiona has been involved with many facets

of showing cats. Fiona became a steward a couple of years later and then completed

the GCCFSA Group 3/4 Judges course, currently working towards completing the

Group 1 and 2 Judges Courses. Fiona enjoys the experiences that judging provides

and seeing so many beautiful cats.

Fiona started breeding Russians in 2000 under the prefix of ’Myenya’ with a lovely

Odessa female and has gone on to have many successful exhibits on the show

bench. Fiona has been involved with the Foreign Shorthair Cat Club and the

Governing Council of the Cat Fancy of SA for many years.

I am currently an Executive member of the Foreign Shorthair Cat Club of SA and

delegate to GCCFSA.

Just Cats Tasmania is a not for profit organisation

Our goal is to help educate the public about the importance of de-sexing all cats - this, in turn, will help limit the number of unwanted kittens in our wonderful state.

We take in unwanted cats and kittens, desex them, vaccinate and microchip , before placing them up for adoption.

Our surrender fee for kittens is simply the cost of desexing mother cat (at a discounted price) - once this is agreed upon we then take in kittens to rehome.

Just Cats Tasmania takes pride in the low euthanasia rate within our shelter. This is used as a last resort if cats or kittens are too feral or too sick to treat.

Since opening in August 2012 we have rehomed over 4,000 cats and kittens.

Currently, we have lots of adult cats and kittens up for adoption!

You may think a particular coloured cat or kitten is just what you would like - but perhaps the temperament isn't quite what you are expecting. Sending us a message cannot tell you if the cat or kitten you are interested in is the perfect match for you. Therefore - you must either contact us directly so we can chat about your requirements and our expectations OR come along and spend time with the cats and kittens. You'll be surprised how many actually choose you!

Colour is just an appearance - personality must be the deciding factor!

Our Shelter is held on acreage with other animals, and all cats and kittens are raised with love as if they are our own. No cat will go hungry, cold or unloved while in our care.
