A. Home Package - costs around £695 (including webpage design 5-6 pages) PHP/CSS2.0/Drupal CMS. B. Business Package - costs around £1195 (including webpage design 6-25 pages) PHP/CSS2.0/Drupal CMS C. HI-Q Package - costs around £2195 (including webpage design 6-25 pages) PHP/XML/CSS2.0/W3C/Drupal CMS/ADOBE FLASH ANIMATION

D. Bespoke configurations - £1195 and above (including webpage design ANY pages) PHP/XML/CSS2.0/W3C/Drupal CMS/ADOBE FLASH ANIMATION

TIMEFRAME

To be delivered to client 30 (not inc. D) days from approval of stage E of schedule.

To be performed according to the following schedule:

The schedule is as follows with limited time frames and iteration stages.

A. Receipt of project brief.

B. Submit proposal.

C. Agree proposal including additional services.

D. Sign and exchange agreement.

E. Issue of first invoice for 35% set-up fee payment.

F. Design stage.

G. Code stage.

H. Test stage.

I. Work completion.

J. Acceptance by client of completed work.

K. Payment of final invoice (Within 14 days).

Terms and Conditions will govern any agreement between Need Creative Ltd and the Client, and are available on request.

The client understands that there is no Internet marketing or search engine optimisation included in this proposal.

PAYMENT TERMS

Set-up Fee: 35% of total (Stage F of schedule, above).

After project phase J (Work Acceptance, above) the client will be invoiced for the full amount, less any set-up fee paid in advance.

Payment should be received within 14 days. If payment is not received within this period the Client will be responsible for any charges as per section 3 of Terms and Conditions, (Fees and Expenses).
