jumper, Measurement of Contact Temperature, Cleaning of Switchyard, this entire job in Hot line (Live Line) switchyard with special tools and trained manpower.
4. Power Transformer / Distribution Transformer Overhauling and Compete Testing.
5. Isolator repairing, overhauling and alignment work up to 400kV including pantograph type
6. Cold line washing and cleaning of switchyard with hand operated pump. And Temperature
measurement by Thermal Imaging Camera in Live switchyard.
7. Complete Testing of Switchyard Equipment including Tan-Delta of insulation, Timing of breaker, Contact Resistance, Due point Measurement of Sf6 gas of breaker with proper instrument and skilled manpower.
8. Switchyard Modification, Replacement of Conductor, Clamps and nut-bolts and Painting
with silver aluminum paint or light gray epoxy color.
9. Evacuation & reuse of old SF6 gas including measurement of Due Point by DILO make (Germany) instrument or Supply of New SF6 gas (IEC - 376) with cylinder with GAS test certificate.

The temperature is a key variable in virtually any situation and for all process. Temperature is simply crucial and having control over it will mean higher quality. Better safety andmoney saved.
An infrared imaging device contains one or more detectorsthat converts energy in the infrared spectrum in to anelectrical signal. The more energy detected, the greater theelectrical signal output. The electrical signals are typicallyformatted in to video signal. If two objects are at sametemperature, the object with higher emissivity radiates more than object with low emissivity. Hence the first object looksbrighter than the second.

Electrical Applications:Abnormal heat in electrical equipments is often the result of loose connections and over loaded circuits. The thermography can locate these problems before costly failure occurs,corrective action can be planned – which avoids shutdowns or costly down time.
