Cash Benefit Cancer Plan...Issue ages 0-69.

Pays maximum benefit amount in cash as listed in the policy schedule up to $50,000 for written satisfactory proof of a first-time diagnosis of internal cancer or malignant melanoma. Benefit can be used for anything - income while not working, travel expenses, at-home care, experimental treatment or whatever is needed. Pays in addition to other coverage. Available for individual, single parent, or family coverage.

HealthGuard (CILS)… Issue ages 18-64.

The plan is critical illness protection which pays a lump sum benefit directly to the policyholder upon written satisfactory proof of first diagnosis. Covered illnesses include: Major Organ Transplant, Heart Attack, Stroke, Total Loss of Eyesight, Total Loss of Hearing, and End Stage Renal Failure. Benefits are available in $10,000 increments, ranging from $10,000 to $50,000. Benefit amounts reduce by 50 percent at age 65. Individual and spouse coverage available.

ProCare® Medicare Supplement Plans... featuring the High Deductible Plan F (HDF). The HDF is a Medicare Supplement Plan F policy that provides all the features and benefits of a standard Plan F, but at a substantially lower premium. The difference is a calendar-year deductible. The amount of the calendar-year deductible for 2019, is $2,300. (Set by the federal government) Why does an HDF policy make great sense? U A’s Company statistics show the majority of their Plan F policyholders have annual claims well below the current deductible amount of $2,300. In fact, Company statistics show that 80% of policyholders ages 65-67 had annual claims averaging $524. If your clients anticipate few claims or small claims, an HDF policy may be the right choice!

After all, why pay premiums for claims they may never have?

It is very important you

receive credit for

EVERY SOLD LEAD!

Because we identify a SOLD

lead by the phone number on the lead, it is imperative that

you list the lead phone number on your turn in sheet!!

This number can be entered in the Work/Alternate phone

number space. If for some

reason this is not possible

PLEASE EMAIL [email protected]!

We want to ensure that resources are being directed to agents that are able to convert the Elite leads. Our goal each week is to put a minimum of fifteen fresh, hot leads into the hands of each and every agent who is converting these leads into sales and commission $$$.
