New 7/41+Doosan Portable Power has launched a new version of the popular 7/41 portable compressor, which supplies 4.0 m³/min of compressed air at 7 bar output pressure.The new optional “Tough Top” polymer canopy combines durability with aesthetic design, making the 7/41+ compressor model an especially attractive investment for everyday applications in the toughest working conditions.

As well as its outstanding durability, the Tough Top canopy is also non-corrosive.It can be supplied in customer colours and retro� tted to existing 7/41 compressor units.

Reduced riskThe 7/41+ has an intuitive, simple key-start sequence, ideal for rental companies as there is a reduced risk of machine abuse by untrained operators. The user-friendly control panel o� ers an open layout of instruments and warning indicators.Features include a lockable canopy and lockable steel instrument panel cover.In addition, a folding lift bail reduces the risk of theft by keeping the lifting eye within the compressor enclosure.

Excellent serviceability with easy access to all maintenance points. All areas have been carefully designed for ease of inspection, maintenance and repair. Service intervals for several components have been extended to increase uptime and reduce maintenance costs.

Reliable and durable designTo protect against impurities, the 10/425 offers stainless steel interconnecting piping and a corrosion-resistant intercooler and aftercooler. Maximum airend efficiencyExtensively field-proven in industrial applications, our two-stage, oil-free airend is the heart of the machine. Each set of rotors is precision-machined in a 20-step manufacturing process and has an UltraCoat™ finish that not only optimizes the rotor profile but also resists corrosion. This is essential to minimize air slippage and maintain airend efficiency.

Continuous air deliveryWith an operating pressure of 10.3 bar, our 10/425 oil-free compressor provides exceptional application flexibility. It’s capable of continuous 42.5 m³/min (1,500 cfm) free air delivery between 4.1 and 10.3 bar (60 and 150 psi), and works well in applications where constant volume is as important as

correct pressure. Designed for optimal efficiency, the 10/425 also eliminates the need to reduce flow as pressure requirements increase.

Environmental awarenessThe 10/425 features a sealed base designed to hold fluid spills, thus preventing potential contamination. In addition, water precipitated from the air stream by the intercooler and aftercooler is collected and routed through our patented condensate

burn-off system. This is a significant benefit if you’re operating in humid conditions where condensate disposal can exceed one ton per day – as well as in cold conditions where condensate can freeze in temporary drainage systems.
