Our pool and seaside provide services according to the weather conditions.

Pools start to provide services as of 07 April depending on the weather conditions.

The seaside is at your service depending on the weather conditions as of 01 May.

Aqua Park is at your service depending on the weather conditions as of 01 May.

Persons under the age of 18 are not served alcoholic beverages.

Smoking is forbidden in indoor areas according to the Nr 4207 Law on Cigarettes.

All the drinks served are the ones which import is permitted by the Customs Directorate.

In the case of problems that might be experienced in the import of the brands within the beverage concept, the facility reserves the right to use equivalent products.

The beverages are served in glasses in all the restaurants and bars. We do not have bottle service.

As there are special parties and artists in our facility, there will be organizations with high volume.

Prior to printing the Hotel information anywhere (catalog, magazine, advertisement, etc. ) the promotional text must be approved by the Hotel Management.

All kinds of material and immaterial responsibility that might arise from the written and /or visual Rixos Sungate Hotel information shared with third persons without receiving the written approval of the facility shall belong to the sharing entity.

In this scope, the information written on the printed documents is assessed by the entity performing the printing process according to the changes made.
