What does the globalisation of solidarity imply?

- The rebuilding of adult education’s mission is necessary- The effort to make the world’s global governance more transparent, easier to monitor and govern - We have to fight to regain the dominance of the UNESCO’s wholesome view of education- The role of adult education and lifelong learning within UNESCO has to be approved as especially important- Adult learning and lifelong learning have to be given more emphases in European Social Fund programmes and integral parts of the European Neighbourhood Policy
