1st day *welcome note* at DeltaX

In my experience of working at a startup and recently while running a startup (DeltaX Platform) I have realized that a lot about working at a startup is about 'matching expectations'. Everyone has different notions of working at a startup; this is the case especially joining one after working at a big enterprise.

This presentation is shared as a note for new hires at DeltaX while they decide to ride this roller coaster :)
