HOW WE SPREAD THE WORDTHE BROCHURE

With the exhibition elevated as Africa’s number one rail conference and exhibition we used the brochure to invite

buyers from across Africa and globally.

The brochure was a great platform to show off all the exhibitors for Africa Rail and let our customers see

why they needed to attend.

BROCHUREWe distributed the brochure to our own

transport database, over 55 industry publications and through our partners,

leading to over 1000 people downloading the brochure in the lead up to the show.

THE VISITOR TICKET Simple and effective, the flyers and fold-out mini brochure was another way to let people know who they would be meeting on the expo floor. As well as the event highlights that will be taking place by our 2016 sponsors.

With a list of all sponsors and exhibitors, it was a quick and easy way to show that Africa Rail had more exhibitors than ever before.

Over 25 000 people received the visitor ticket.

BILLBOARDAfrica Rail chose specific locations leading up to the event to

target the right visitors, high impact areas targeting all the right buyers and visitors.

SOCIAL MEDIABefore and during the show, Facebook was key in engaging

our exhibitors, visitors and speakers into exchanging ideas and experiences surrounding Africa Rail.
