• 2006 applied for Tribal Transit Grant

• 2007 applied for Transit Operations Grant

• 2007 receive from Shakopee Tribe:– (1) used 14 passenger bus – (1) used 18 passenger bus

• October 2008 hire bus drivers

• October, 2008 RFP for Consultant – to write Short Range Transit Plan

• Bus Barn is currently a Repair Shop

• Bus Barn will be the 1st Pick-up location– Facility has a waiting area for patrons
