/18-Feb-161 Response of Surface Access Providers Network Rail Chris Rowley, Principal Strategic Planner (L&SE) / Planning the rail network 18-Feb-162 Network Rail works with the industry on short, medium and longer-term plans for the network The medium and longer-term aspects of this is carried out via the Long-Term Planning Process. The Process includes demand forecasting, network capacity assessments and modelling future station usage.
