The 18 and EAST label began its journey in 2010. Born out of a love of vintage, combined with a desire for fresh and up to the minute design, the 18 and EAST team

travel the lengths of the globe for design and print inspiration.

The 18 and EAST girl loves chic, of the moment fashion. She wants to stay up to date with key catwalk and commercial looks, however always with an 18 and EAST edge. She likes directional fabric labels, but 18 and EAST is more affordable. She buys vintage and selects cool pieces from the high street. However, she does like to be adventurous with her looks by accessorizing.

SHE HAS 2 kEy lookS;

•Her day look is more vintage, festival edge chic - at times she pairs this with more feminine romantic nostalgic pieces. Effortlessly cool and eclectic, she takes inspiration from the world of fashion, music and film.

•She likes to sexy glam in up in the evening - her outfits are more body conscious, and embellished, and she likes her prints to still reflect the urban cool style.

She likes her statement pieces to fulfil her trendsetting fashionista image, and she knows how to pull an outfit together and more importantly, how to wear it.

Her usual haunts are cool cities were she hangs out in pubs and casual bars, however she shimmers in clubs and bars which are more glamorous - fashionably cool.

She loves studs, metallics, leather looks, tassels, lace, and exposed hardware. She aspires to 50’s pin ups, lingerie inspiration and rock icons.
