REACH 1000’s OF BUYERS ATTHE BIG 5 CONSTRUCT INDIAOver the past 35 years, The Big 5 has firmly established its position as the leading international constructionevent in the Middle East. Running in its 4th edition, The Big 5 Construct India is an annual exhibition that bringsclose to 8,000 construction professionals together and gives you direct access to thousands of architects,interior designers, engineers, contractors and real estate developers actively seeking new and innovativeconstruction products. The 2015 ended on a high note with 17% more buyers with 7,428 total participants from 44 nations, 260+ products on display, 15+ CPD certified workshops and technical seminars.

Jointly organised by dmg events and The Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FICCI),the event is co-organised by Ministry of Urban Development, Government of India.

NEW FOR 2015

In 2015, the hosted buyer program welcomed 364 high

profile VIPs during the event. A dedicated VIP

lounge allowed attendees to network and build

relationships.

New to the 2015 edition were the free to attend CPD Certified Workshops which saw 15 individual sessions delivered to an audience of

600+ participants.

Lastly, 450+ trade delegates from Builders Association of India and

American Society of Civil Engineers attended for the

very first time.

A half day seminar was organised in co-operation with Indian Institute of Architects (IIA) which included panel discussions on a wealth of topics. IIA is India's apex body comprising of 15,000+ qualified architects, engineers and construction professionals.

Alongside the exhibition, an exclusive 'Hosted Buyers Program' was organised which welcomed more than 400 exclusive guests including top architects, engineers, consultants, government procurement buyers among other pioneers.

Exhibitors gave hands-on live product emonstrations that provided a unique opportunity for visitors to discover the latest products, solutions and related technologies.

Meeting Scheduler, an online tool enabled our exhibitors and registered visitors to fix business meetings before arriving at the event. Using aprivate account, they sent meeting requests and scheduled meetings that took place during the show.

SOCIAL MEDIAThe Big 5ConstructIndia regularlyengages with its 28,000+ Facebookfollowers, in addition to LinkedIn, Twitter and Google +, providing advanced notice on special events, exhibitor product showcases, exhibitor news and industry reports.

ONLINEADVERTISING 21 web banners were posted on a wide range of industry websites.

EXHIBITORMARKETING A free dedicatedmarketing resource was offered to 160 exhibitors providing a comprehensive range of services to boost awareness. Marketing tools included personalised directmail and email invitations to exhibitor client lists, event web banners for exhibitor websites and bespoke branded email signatures including stand details.

An appointed PR agency ensuredthat the event received maximumcoverage that included about 550 impressions in the trade press, onlineportals and mainstream media.

NEWSPAPER ADVERTISING21 Print advertisements in leading daily newspapers generated high visibility, helping us to reach wider audiences.

TELEMARKETING SMSPARTNERSHIPS

Industry relationships is one of the key components of the marketing campaign. Tie-ups with 31 industry partners including media and associations ensured involvement of buyers and key professionals.

A team of trained telemarketers wereinvolved in the promotion of the event, about 12,000 key professionals were targeted from our India database.

Targeted visitor campaign included SMS campaign that involved sending informative text messages to our opt-in database of 6,000 mobile numbers prior to and during the show.
