RNC Traffic Counters System
In RNC, the counters related to traffic can be divided into:

AMR Erlang:
VS.CSLoad.Erlang.Equiv.RNC
The RNC periodically takes the samples of the equivalent Erlang values of all services in the CS
domain. At the end of the measurement period, the RNC calculates the average sample
PS DL traffic:

The RNC periodically takes the samples of the downlink traffic values (in kbit/s) of all services in the
PS domain. At the end of the measurement period, the RNC calculates the average sample
PS UL traffic:

The RNC periodically takes the samples of the uplink traffic values (in kbit/s) of all services in the PS
domain. At the end of the measurement period, the RNC calculates the average sample.

The RNC periodically takes a sample of the number of RBs aboutCS domain at each of the UL and DL rates. At the end of the
measurement period, the RNC divides the sum of the numbers of
RBs at one bit rate by the number of samples to get the average

When a HSDPA cell transmits data, the RNC measures the times (in millisecond) per
Mac-d flow send data and number of bytes transmitted. At the end of the
measurement period, the RNC divides the number of total bits by the times per Mac-d
flow send data to obtain the mean throughput.
