To meet the demand from clients and members for support regarding related future investment risks as well as opportunities.

To provide guidance and training to property professionals to give them a the knowledge and information required in the emerging market for sustainable construction, property investment and management.

To work with governments to ensure they set the right conditions to support market transformation.
