Following the Code and conventions. The banner is used to add a tad more information what going on in the magazine. Coverlines are used to give you the best gossip. The title is big, bold and eye catching for the reader to gain instant contact to the magazine. The main image is the main part of the magazine instantly grabbing your attention as well as the title. But the image gives more depth as the artist is pointing into the camera and the colour fits in Barcode, price and issue date is used. The main coverline is used to stand out to grab the readers attention.

Following the Code and conventions.

The banner is used to add a tad more information what going on in the magazine.

Coverlines are used to give you the best gossip.

The title is big, bold and eye catching for the reader to gain instant contact to the magazine.

The main image is the main part of the magazine instantly grabbing your attention as well as the title. But the image gives more depth as the artist is pointing into the camera and the colour fits in with the colour scheme.

Barcode, price and issue date is used.

The main coverline is used to stand out to grab the readers attention.

Relevant pictures are used in my magazine.

Headlines are used all along the bottom and regulars along the side.

A consistent colour scheme is used through out the contents, front cover and also DPS.

20 features are used to give the reader great news.

Page numbers are used on every feature, regular and also the images.

The main image is the direct address to the reader as they can see there favourite band and encourages them to buy the magazine.

The quote from the interview is used in the bottom corner on the main image. The quote is something you would usually hear which makes the reader more intrigued.

Standfirst is used for a little brief introduction.

All text size on the DPS is 11pt and is Ariel font. Drop cap was used, the text is set into 3 columns so the text appears more professional.

The colour scheme is the same through out my production work as its all black, red and white.
