Building Occupancy – 96% Leased
• Springfield School Department moved their headquarters to 1550 Main in June 2010 – 150+ employees now occupy 2nd and 3rd floors.
• Baystate Health completing its 5th floor build-out, 137 employees due to move in first week of June, 2011.
• GSA tenants have retained 75 employees on-site.

Initial Impact of the 1550 Main Project• Former Asylum Night Club Building, 1592 Main St.
– Partial demolition underway.– New uses: Office space and event space/surface parking.
• Fuller Block Building, 1537 Main St.– Upper floors renovated and occupied by local engineering firm, The Dennis Group.– First floor to be renovated and used by WFCR, a local NPR radio station.
• Former School Department Headquarters, State St.– Developer designated to redevelop functionally obsolete building for housing.
