Staffs were devastated

Their salaries would be on hold/ frozen for 3 years- unless they agreed to opt out of the firm's expensive final-salary pension scheme.

Staffs depended too much on the company

Staffs suffer due to the change in management

Many staffs at higher position left the company

Cadbury has done many remarkable changes over the years of its staff and their profits of being a part of the company

It was difficult to point its disadvantages in its HRM

Yet, it would be more better if they encourage a flexible behavior on staffs to counteract in the unfortunate situations- so that they stably support the company
