Written Round: 30 questions time allotted 30 minutes. Divided into three sub
Sections. Section A (15 questions) had more theory and section C (5 questions) had
more problems. And though we didn’t know break up of marks for each sections it was
generally assumed that section C carried more marks than the rest. There were few
questions on GK also in the paper. 10 people were short listed for the interview round.
Interview Round: Lasted for half an hour. Questions pertaining to my summer internship were asked. And other questions on derivatives and financial management were also asked. Then they also asked me What would I want to know from them and with this interview ended.

About the Profile:
Liaison and Portfolio Management for High Net worth Individuals (HNIs). It involves requirement of strong marketing skills plus acute awareness of market movements as well as macro as well as microeconomic developments. For this particular profile, the locations include the metros as well as other important cities in the country. As part of HDFC Bank’s tie-up with CCIM, we also underwent a certification program in
Relationship Management (Retail).

Our selection process was quite simple. We had just one single round of direct Personal

a year. After one year of training in each sector of operations of the company, the candidate is supposed to become a sub-broker or a franchise for the company in a preferred location.
Selection process: GD and Interview. (As there were very less candidates who were interested in the profile only interview was conducted). In the interview questions were asked regarding managerial skills, marketing and also willingness to be an entrepreneur, relocation. Family background also played an important role.
Company: TATA AIG Life Profile offered: Management trainee for project management. There will be an on
job training for a year.

Other Details: Important things are to know about the company and the projects
done by the candidate. Apart from that, one has to be thorough in financial subjects and statistics. They look for a fit between the organizational role and the skill set of the candidate. Candidates should be ready to face the challenges in the course of job. The right attitude is crucial to selection.

They have 7 verticals in this division namely Ariba, i2, JD Edwards, Oracle, Peoplesoft, SAP, Siebel. I will be getting one of these after joining.
Selection Procedure: Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
Other Details:
In PI they see your communication skill and general knowledge. If you are a non engineer they may test you on systems knowledge. My PI was for around 20-25 mins.
