We may have just finished our two biggest events but we will continue to offer opportunities for you to get involved over the summer. We have some joint events, Summer Social, July interactive meeting, and more to add. We confirmed our new board at the June meeting for the upcoming 2019-2020 year and they are already planning for next year. I know that they will ensure continued growth and enhancing ways in which we provide value to our members. We are one of the largest chapters in our region; it is not just about the numbers it is about our strength in numbers. We can do so much more with a strong and active membership. I hope that you will take advantage of some of the opportunities to come hang out with your NAWIC sisters. There are so many ways for you to get involved, make some wonderful connections and have an impact on the industry and our community. As I wind down my position as Chapter President and start my new journey as the South Atlantic Region Director, I want you all to know that I am here for you and will listen to your needs and suggestions. I want us to continue to Connect, Grow and Share with each other and to expand our reach for new opportunities with companies and organizations. We are strong and I know we can accomplish great things together. I wish everyone a happy, healthy and safe summer.
