    code, and corrective action. Tap

    “Next” for view additional information

    or other code.

    If Dr.ZX still detect any error(s) , error

    (a) Start Monitoring

    Tap “ ” of Monitor Display

    (b) Enter model code & s/no.

    Tap columns and enter model code &

    serial no. If you did not enter model

    code & serial no., you can’t record

    monitoring data.

    TIP

    You can use keyboard to enter 

    model code & serial no. by tap

    “abc” or “123” on GRAFFITI area.

     After selecting item(s), tap “Start” for 

    display monitoring data.

    Item(s) will display. Screen will vary

    by selected items. Tap “Hold” for 

    pause data. If you want quit, tap

    “ESC”.

    (g) Start Recording

    Tap “Record” for record monitoring

    data. Dr.ZX will record data for three

    (3) seconds.

    During recording, above screen will

    display.

    NOTE

    If you did not enter 

    model code & serial no.,

    “Record” but ton shal l

    not appear.

    5. Operation Mode – Monitoring (4/5) 

    (k) Data bank is empty

    If selected data bank is empty, above

    screen will display. Tap “Write” for 

    store recorded monitoring data.

    (l) Confirmation

     After data stored, confirmation screen

    will display. Tap “ESC” to quit, or if 

    you want enter comment, tap

    “Comment”.

    (l) Enter comment

    Tap comment column, and enter 

    comment. After entering, tap “OK”.

    TIP

    You can use keyboard to enter 

    comment. Tap “abc” on GRAFFITI

    are.

    (i) Select data bank

    Tap data bank (figure) that you want

    to store recorded data.

    If selected data bank already has

    data, above screen will appear. Tap

    “OverWrite” for store recorded data,

    tap “ESC” for back to previous menu.

    (j) Data bank is not empty

    6. Operation Mode – Special Function (WU Deactivation –1/2) 

    Select Special

    Function.

    Select WU

    Deactivation

    WU has

    deactivated.

    ExecuteSpecial function

    menu

    WU Function.

    WU stands for Warming-Up. This function is, when start engine while hydraulic oil

    temperature is less than zero (0) Celsius, computer will increase low idle rpm for warm

    hydraulic oil qu ickly.

    (a) Select special func tion

    Tap “ ” of Special Function.

    (b) Select WU deactivation

    Tap “ ” of WU Deactivation.. Tap “Execute for Deactivation. If you

    want back to previous menu, tap

    “ESC”.

    (d) Confirmation

     After deactivation, above message

    will display. Tap ”ESC” for quit.

    NOTE

    WU (Warming-up function) will

    re-activate when key switch is

    turned “ OFF”.

    7. Operation Mode – Special Function (ECO Deactivation –1/2) 

    Select Special

    Function.

    Select ECO

    Deactivation

    ECO has

    deactivated.

    ExecuteSpecial function

    ECO Funct ion

    ECO stands for ECOnomy. This function is, when all levers are in neutral position,

    computer wi ll reduce engine rpm to 1600min-1 gradually. If any lever(s) are operated, engine

    rpm will back.

    (a) Select special func tion

    Tap “ ” of Special Function.

    (b) Select ECO deactivation

    Tap “ ” of ECO Deactivation.. Tap “Execute for Deactivation. If you

    want back to previous menu, tap

    “ESC”.

    (d) Confirmation

     After deactivation, above message

    will display. Tap ”ESC” for quit.

    NOTE

    ECO (Economy function) will

    re-activate when key switch is

    turned “ OFF”.

    8. Operation Mode – Special Function (Pump Adjustment –7/9) 

    With the punch mark on the angel sensor shaft, towards the

    opposites side of the harness, and adjust (turn) shaft that

    signal voltage is as following specification.

    ZX450 & ZX500

    Pump-1 angle sensor; 1.60VPump-2 angle sensor; 3.40V

    ZX600 & ZX800

    Pump-1 angle sensor: 1.60V

    Pump-2 angle sensor; 1.60V

    spring, and install I into the cavity on the feedback

    Install sensors to main pump. Set signal voltage as following specifications,

    by adjusting the holes of A (angle) sensor.

    Pump-1 angle sensor; 1.60V +0.02/-0.02

    Pump-2 angle sensor; 3.40V +0.02/-0.02

    ZX600 & 800

    Pump-1 angle sensor; 1.60V +0.02/-0.02

    occurred, controller would overwrite latest information to oldest record. Computer will

    This function will display fault code that controller is sensing. If any trouble is

    occurring, PDA will shoe fault code. If PDA could not detect any fault, PDA will display

    “00” on each items.

    Use this function when you feel boom stop position it too close or far.

    (b) Boom stop position (adjusting range is +/- 20 degree)

    Use this function when you feel deceleration speed is too slow.
