Name: Yash ShahProfession: Production EngineerContributes in: YUVA UNSTOPPABLEYash Shah is a production engineering student, at SSGEC. He is a true example of a contributor as he contributes above his duty by helping in an NGO group named “YUVA UNSTOPPABLE”.

Contributor is a person who donates something to environment without expecting any rewards.

Contributor is a person who does something beyond his/her duties.

Contributor is the person who has a aim but yet he is creative.

He has been helping since last 3 years in YUVA

UNSTOPPABLE.

He just love doing this work,

because doing good is fun.

As being successful in his work , by taking it as a vision, For it’s establishment and leading it towards achievements.As a Vision this work was a dream started by a few and now emerging with many.His vision for short term was to take the NGO at a point where everyone in the society would be happily joining and contributing towards it.Now as the people getting aware about it and joining he wishes that the society get it’s need.The vision for long term was to see the society need free.He believes that one should not work for rewards but should work with honesty and quality, to make a difference in world.

As he says , to be successful you just not have to only aim in your work, but also contribute in fields so that you can develop yourself as well as the society around you.So he believes in both Internal & External success.To be successful one must never stop learning, as learning is a growing process the more you learn the more you grow.

As passing this 3yrs of journey as an YUVA he took challenges as Opportunities to himself and face them with his most dedication.Because we always learn from opportunities and be strengthened by it.

Juniors

They are always a pack of new and emerging talent, they teach us many a times lesson about our work.It’s always a new thing to work with them and when they do not work according to our expectation he makes them know that to work is an opportunity and they should not let them go. Seniors

They are the right ones to guide us and help us in many activities.At times they don’t go as our expectations, at that time first of all I think twice that I am not wrong at any place and then make him convince about the activity and make him understand it.

Other from studies, he goes to the Municipality school to teach the students English, Moral values of life and Empowering the students about the generations need towards studies as the students studying there stops coming to school after 8th standard and do labor work for a low cost. According to me his contribution towards the society is the best one could give as a college student.

Helping in this group is fun for him and he feels happy to be a part of it.Experience: While starting the lecture at the school, first of all he feels fear of failure and then as he starts the lecture he gets confident and gets a you can do Attitude.Thus this is how the contributor overcame the fear of failure and gained a you can do attitude.

While studying and aiming towards their dream, they should also be a helpful part of the society.Because an engineer knows how to make the best of everything and rest for nothing.Be satisfied with what you have and try to overcome every boundaries of life.Be UNSTOPPABLE.
