THOUGHTS TO CONSIDER !!!
PAGE 2 FRSA FLASH
Adversity is not the final chapter of your life...it is merely an experience. In life, we will encounter
difficult experiences. We cannot change these trials. We can only allow them to change us.
Throughout history, many great men and women learned to face the adversity that came into
their lives. They took the challenging situations and found a way to come through in victory.
One of those great people was a young Hungarian boy. He participated in the 1952 Olympics. He
had incredible eye-hand coordination. Due to his high level skills he was able to hit bulls-eye on
the target again and again. He was so great in his sport that he won a gold medal.
Later, adversity struck. The young boy lost his right shooting arm. Yet...he did not allow that to
stop him. Four years later he returned to the Olympics and split the bull's eye again. This time he
did it using his left arm!
Meet your adverse situation with courage. Give it the best you have to give. You may be having a
difficult experience. Your life is not over. Face your future with determination to come through in
victory. Hit the bull's eye again!
