    Kathy currently is Chief Strategist at Focused Profit Strategies. As

    Director, Operations Continuous Improvement at Delta Air ines, she

    esta!lished the internal consulting department. Kathy and "erry

    Kendall co#authored Advanced Multi-Project Management in $%&$. In&''(, she and )ed *utchin co#authored Why It’s Not Luck . Kathy

    !ecame a +onah in &'' and a +onah-s +onah in &''&.

    Since leaving the S Air Force in &''&, she has /or0ed large and small

    implementations, !oth commercial and military, in the S and

    internationally in Production, Pro1ect 2anagement, Supply Chain, and

    2anagement S0ills.

    Kathy is certified in all areas of the )heory of Constraints 3)OC4 5ody of

    Kno/ledge 35OK4 and has !een a mem!er of )OC#ICO since the first

    meeting in Atlanta. She is currently serving on the )OC#ICO 5oard of

    Directors.

    Additionally, she has developed and taught multiple !asic, e6pert, and

    licensee courses across the entire )OC 5OK. Kathy is past vice#chair of

    the APICS C2#SI" and co#authored7edited 3/ith +im Co64 the APICS )OC

    series. She is also an ISC8A Certified Critical Chain Pro1ect 2anager. In
