紅棗湯材料: 7顆紅棗、 400毫升水。

作法:

1 、將紅棗剪 7刀,先放到煲裏。

2 、約 400毫升的水,把水煮開後,直接衝到已放好紅棗的煲裏,蓋上鍋蓋,等八小時後 ( 一個晚上 )

3 、 (第二天早上 )開溫火,就是煤氣爐頭最小的火,燉煮 1個小時候,就是養肝湯了。

枸杞羊肝湯材料:羊肝 100克、草菇 20克、胡蘿卜 5克、 生姜 1小塊、杜仲 10克、枸杞 5克、何首烏 5克。

作法:1 、生姜、胡蘿卜、草菇洗凈均切薄片。三味中藥用冷水浸泡、洗凈備用。

2 、羊肝洗凈切厚片,加入生姜片、料酒,拌勻腌 10 分鐘,再放入沸水燙一下,撈出洗凈。3 、用杜仲、何首烏和骨頭事先熬好高湯,再放入生姜片、胡蘿卜片、草菇片、精鹽、枸杞和羊肝片一起燒開。

4 、加入白胡椒粉,燉煮約 10 分鐘即可出鍋。

作法:1 、綠豆洗凈,冷水下鍋,加蓋熬煮,中途不可開蓋。

2 、沸騰 5-6 分鐘後立刻關火,將湯倒出來,天天當水喝。 (此時是湯最綠的時候,也是最養肝護肝的,切不可煮過頭,那就只有解毒的作用了。 )

注意:剩下的綠豆也別糟蹋了,加點百合和大米,煮粥吃。鮮百合不僅有養心安神的功效,還富含黏液質和維生素,對皮膚細胞的新陳代謝有好處。
