The Er-Plus construction, succesfully completed many large civil, mechanical and electrical projects as a main contructor in Russia between 2003 and 2008.

The founder of Er-Plus Construction, operated many large civil projects as a Sub-Contractor from 1976 to 2003, realized hotel, business center, bank and industrial projects, in Turkey, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Ukraine

Nestle Culinary Project

Total construction work of 6500 sqm included the entire infrastructure, building, steel construction.The facade is covered with sandwich panel and metal cladding. The Project covered production, warehouse, office areas. The factory is producing foot material which is in Jhukovsky/Moscow Region.

Nestle Coffee Project

The project included many buildings. The total construction work was 25000 sqm. Steel structure was prefered for some building. The factory is including production, warehouse wwtp, water tank and social buildings.External work included concrete road, asphalt road and rain water piping. The factory is producing coffee which is in Tmashevsk/Krasnodar Region.

Nestle Petcare Project

The total construction work was 7500 sqm which covered the entire infrastructure, building, steel construction. The Project included production, warehouse,wwtp, office and guard house buildings. The factory is producing pet foot which is in Vorsino/Kaluga Region.

Tetra Pak Moscow

The total construction work was 30000 sqm which covered the entire infrastructure, building, steel construction and mechanical&electrical works. Prestress precast beam used in the project. All facade was covered with faced brick. The Project included production, warehouse, office, canteen, water tank, guard house buildings and asphalt road, green area in Lobnya/Moscow Region. The factory is producing package paper.
